27 Fun & Romantic Things to Do in Las Vegas for Couples
There are so many fun and romantic things to do in Las Vegas for couples.
Whether you’re looking for strict relaxation, a more active getaway, or a combination of both, Las Vegas will meet your needs!
After taking an anniversary getaway to Las Vegas with my husband, here is my list of 27 fun and romantic things to do in Las Vegas for couples!
1. Visit the Romantic Venetian Resort
Visiting The Venetian Resort should be at the top of every couple’s list when traveling to Las Vegas. This resort screams romance!
Walk hand and hand through the lobby admiring the art and the architecture of the building. Look up at the amazing Baroque ceiling paintings. You will feel like you have been transported to the beautiful country of Italy.
Continue walking hand in hand throughout the resort as you stroll by all the different shops and restaurants. The ceilings here are painted to look like the sky.
Watch the gondolas go by in the Grand Canal. Listen to the Italian opera singers.
Just taking in the scenery here is romantic!
2. Take a Romantic Gondola Ride at the Venetian
One of the most fun and romantic things to do in Las Vegas for couples is taking a gondola ride at The Venetian Resort.
You can choose to ride an indoor or outdoor gondola ride; each has its own spectacular scenery. We choose the indoor ride because it was a very hot day.
Gliding under bridges, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and getting serenaded by your gondolier; a gondola ride at The Venetian is simply romantic. You’ll feel like you have escaped to Venice.
The ticket booth is located outdoors on the left side of the entrance to The Venetian Resort. The cost is $34 per person Monday-Wednesday and $39 per person Thursday-Sunday. They also have photo packages for an additional fee.
3. Take Photos in Front of the LOVE Sculpture at The Palazzo
Another one of the best things to do in Las Vegas for couples lies here at The Venetian and Palazzo Resort. (In case you didn’t know, these two stunning Italian Resorts are connected to each other.)
To commemorate your love in Las Vegas, you must get your picture in front of the “LOVE” sculpture in the beautiful Waterfall Atrium.
Your significant other might think this is kind of cheesy. At least mine did, but it still is a must-do when you are on a couples getaway, right?
4. Watch The Fountains of Bellagio
Watching The Fountains of Bellagio is another one of the most romantic things to do in Las Vegas for couples.
Fountains are always beautiful and romantic, but watching the fountains dance here against the stunning backdrop of the beautiful Bellagio Hotel and Eiffle Tower is amazing!
Each performance is unique, so you’ll see something slightly different every time.
You can watch the fountains from the front of the Bellagio Hotel from many different angles. There are also many romantic dining restaurants at the Bellagio Hotel with fountain views. Some of these include The Mayfair Supper Club, Spago, and LAGO by Julian Serrano. Make sure to make a dining reservation to secure a spot at one of these restaurants.
The Fountains of Bellagio Schedule:
Monday-Friday: Every 30 minutes from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; every 15 minutes from 8:00 PM to Midnight.
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Every 30 minutes from noon to 8:00 PM; every 15 minutes from 8:00 PM to Midnight.
5. Walk Through the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens
Another one of the best things to do in Las Vegas for couples is also at the Bellagio Hotel. Before or after seeing The Fountains of Bellagio, you must walk into the gorgeous Bellagio Hotel and check out the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens.
The displays are changed five times a year, so you could come five different times in 1 year and see a different display. The displays are changed for winter, Chinese New Year, spring, summer, and fall.
It’s amazing to see all the different types of stunning artwork they can make with flowers! 🌷🌹🌼🌻💐🌺 It’s definitely, a must-see while in Vegas.
These displays are open 24 hours a day and are free to the public!
6. Walk & Shop Caesars Palace
You may be starting to see a theme here. The resorts in Las Vegas are gorgeous and romantic. You could spend days walking through all the romantic resorts here.
But now, we’re going to talk about Caesars Palace. This resort definitely tops one of the must-see places for couples in Vegas. Caesar’s Palace has a beautiful atmosphere, luxury shopping, and great dining options.
Upon entering Caesars Palace you’ll be in awe at the architecture. At The Forum Shops, you’ll find luxury designers such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Versace, Giorgio Armani, and Valentino.
These shops are surrounded by gorgeous fountains and painted sky ceilings.
Here at Caesars Palace, you’ll find many replicas of fountains and sculptures found in Italy. One of these is the Neptune Fountain found at Piazza Navona in Rome.
There’s also a life-size replica of Michaelangelo’s David here. The original Michaelangelo’s David is located in Florence, Italy.
7. Enjoy the View at the Eiffel Tower Viewing Experience
Paris is referred to as “the city of love” and nothing screams romance like the Eiffel Tower. While this might not be Paris, you can sure pretend you are in Paris at Paris Las Vegas Hotel.
Head up to the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck at Paris Las Vegas for an amazing view of the city.
I recommend coming here at night to get the view of the city all lit up at night.

9. Be Entertained at a Cirque du Soleil Show
Las Vegas is all about entertainment and a Cirque du Soleil Show is one of the most fun shows in Las Vegas for couples!
Currently, there are six Cirque du Soleil Shows showing in Vegas. You are sure to find one here that you like.
I highly recommend The Beatles Love Cirque Du Soleil Show playing at The Mirage. Everything about this show is amazing! The music, the singing, the acrobatics, the dancing, the colors! I left this show a Beatles fan! The songs were in my head for days!

10. Fly High Above Las Vegas on a Helicopter Night Flight
A helicopter night flight high above the city of Las Vegas is surely one of the most fun and romantic things to do in Las Vegas for couples.

11. Ride the High Roller
Want to see Las Vegas from high above, but don’t want to take a helicopter? The High Roller at The LINQ is another fabulous option.
The High Roller at The LINQ might look like a Ferris Wheel, but it’s not your ordinary Ferris Wheel. It’s one of the tallest observation wheels in the world.
The pods are large and you can stand and walk around in them. It takes 30 minutes to go one full cycle around!
You can choose to go during the day or for extra romance, go at night and upgrade to an Open-Bar Happy Hour option! The Open-Bar Happy Hour option includes a bartender in the pod who will make your choice of drink!

Freemont Street is the “old Vegas” located in downtown Las Vegas.
The main attraction at Freemont Street is the amazing LED roof. It displays colorful, changing graphics that are choreographed to music. There’s also a zipline where you’ll see people flying overhead.
I will say, I did not enjoy Freemont Street. I stayed there briefly because I wanted to see what the Light Show was all about but quickly left. Freemont Street and the Las Vegas Strip are like night and day.
But, if you’re looking for Bourbon Street-type fun in Vegas, this is an excellent place to go for fun!
